Yes, Being agile is one of the most important things today Agile doesn’t mean not having processes, but rather the opposite. Having good processes and a strong methodology allows us to be agile and organized and predictable at the same time.
As much as possible, we like to automate everything to reduce human error. Maintaining a sustainable continuous integration process allows us to make sure there are no regressions and everything works as expected.
